Consistent excellent care from all the staff. The doctors are efficient at referring to hospital if further investigations etc are necessary. Can be a bit of a wait to get through on the telephone. Recently seen by a student who was overseen by Dr Kelsey. Was worried about seeing a student but it was a superb consultation. Doctors who are interested in what I feel/believe about my treatment too. Rather than the old fashioned 'I am the doctor, I know best' approach. Good practice!
It is sometimes difficult to make an advanced appointment but I found an appointment online having been told a few days previously that the first available was next month so was able to see the doctor sooner than expected , probably due to a cancellation.
I was referred to NDDH later that day for an Xray and given an date for further tests.
I have no complaints at all about the service .
I find it rather difficult to get an appointment that fits around my work. One can struggle to book in advance too. I feel I have gotten good care from most of the doctors and nurses, but I will usually try and see the doctor I have had the best care from.
